Qualifications of bidders:
1. Comply with Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law:

3. This project does not accept consortium bids.

4. If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different bidders with direct holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding activities under the same contract.

5. Those who have not been included in the blacklist of bidders by the bidding unit (except those that have been cancelled) or have not had any legal disputes with the bidding unit within 3 years before the registration deadline.

Note: Before the deadline for bid opening, the information documents must be submitted for qualification examination according to the above requirements. Failure to provide or incomplete information will be regarded as invalid bids.
