With a registered capital of 50 million yuan, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinomine Resources Group Co., Ltd. (Sinomine Resources 002738.SZ).

Sinomine New Materials is a key enterprise in Xinyu City, a national high-tech enterprise, and a national-level specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative "little giant" enterprise. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, sales, import and export trade of light rare metal Cesium and Rubidium salts, Battery-Grade Lithium Hydroxide, Battery-Grade Lithium Carbonate, and Lithium Fluoride and other Lithium products.

Sinomine New Materials is one of the largest producers and suppliers of cesium and rubidium salts in the world, possessing 90% of the ore resources proven large-scale mined Pollucite mines in the world. The company's products are exported to countries and regions such as the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea. The company is the formulator of the national industry standards for eight products including Cesium Sulphate, Cesium Formate, Rubidium Nitrate, and Cesium Metal . It also owns the Jiangxi Rubidium and Cesium Resources Comprehensive Utilization and Material Engineering Research Center and the Jiangxi Provincial Technical Center.

Sinomine New Materials is one of the three major suppliers of battery-grade Lithium Fluoride, a key raw material for lithium batteries in China. It has the longest production history of Lithium Fluoride and was the first to enter the Japanese and South Korean markets, with a product market share of over 40%.
